for brand building and development, as well local marketing activities development
in line with global stratégy and effectively drive their channel activation in line with sales activities (Trade Marketing)

achieve maximum reach and coverage; covering all sales channels with integrated
activities

Developing
innovative, new strategic directions, focus on digital marketing
·
Preparing
marketing and sales plans and
presentations for CZ and SK
·
Market
and sales data collection and analysis
(including conducting market surveys) , desk and field research (competitor and
customer analysis)
·
Managing
third parties from the selective procedure (including brief) till final result
·
Develop
and maintain relationship with third parties in business professional manner
·
Marketing
activities – create, implement, coordinate, control and monitor marketing
activities
·
Integrate
sales activities and marketing activities; field visits
·
Daily
cooperation with KAMs supporting them in
marketing activities execution - shares available information with KAMs
in a timely fashion, actively ask for KAM’s feedback and ideas and integrate
them in activities
·
Support
Head of Sales and Marketing in various operative business
·
Fully
responsible for marketing budget: create budget split proposal, regularly check
of budget spend and preparing budget reports
·
Ensures
high quality customer service and communication both to internal and external
customers
·
Execute,
manage and coordinate product trainings, internal and external events
·
Various
administrative tasks
· To be in line with Corporate Compliance principles in CZ and SK and ensure company high standard quality performance
