·     To be a facilitator for the purchasing function between stakeholders and lead buyers
Coordination of all the activities necessary for the approval of alternative producers
To secure the materials for production in required quality and acceptable price
To obtain the necessary documentation and samples for quality control and technologists
Negotiation of purchase conditions with producers of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) for Pharma production
Performance of continuous market research, monitoring of market situation and trends
Full involvement in budgeting and mapping process: co-operation with internal partners to define clearly perimeter, coverage, spend mapping and targeted savings
Active work with relevant Procurement IS systems when needed (SAP, NEXT etc.)
Reporting
Administrative work connected with all the related activities with the department
